What is the Universal Studios Hollywood Bonus offer?

If you purchase an all-inclusive pass, you can visit Universal Studios Hollywood for one visit per pass. General admission has no blackout dates; use it any day of the week within 14 days from first use.

Are the attractions open all year?

Some attractions may be seasonal, so Go City suggests checking each attraction's operating hours before visiting.

Is my pass valid all day?

Yes, feel free to visit the attractions any time of the day as long as they are open and operating.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Los Angeles Pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

Each attraction can only be visited once per the duration of the pass.

What else does the pass include?

You'll get a guidebook with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary.

How do I activate my Pass?

Simply visit your first attraction. Your pass will activate as soon as you scan it at your chosen attraction.

Does the Go Los Angeles Pass expire?

An All-Inclusive Pass will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining 2 days of your pass. Non-activated All-Inclusive Passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What is the age cut-off for child Pass?

Child Pass are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other problem?

While they do their best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of their control. The great thing about a Go Los Angeles Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, they know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

Do I need to make a reservation to visit the attractions?

Some attractions will require a reservation, which will be noted in your guidebook.
